Elementary School Race 2 - CANCELLED

RACE UPDATE: Sadly we have to cancel our 2nd Elementary Ski Race due to the lack of snow. We hope to see you at next year’s races!

RACE DATE: Thursday, March 7, 2024

Deadline for Registration: Sunday, March 3,  2024

This is the second of our Elementary School Race Series. There will 2 separate races:

• A classic race for grades 1 - 8. (no skating allowed)

• A freestyle race for grades 5 - 8. (skating is allowed)

Students in grades 5 - 8 may choose whether they want to enter the classic or skate race. Grades 1 - 4 must classic ski.

For children who are not going to race with their school but still want to register - please contact Races@arrowheadnordic.ca to sign up!

RACE DAY

Registration/bib pick up: 9:30 – 10:15 at portable at Birches parking lot (P1)

Race Start Time: 11 am

Approximate Distances: Grades 1-2 - 1 km, Grades 3-4 - 2 km, Grades 5–6 – 2.5 km, Grades 7-8 – 3 km
